  2. We meet for your complimentary consultation and mini-workout. We gather more information about your health, home exercise environment, and perform a fitness assessment.
  3. We create a tailored plan including your training frequency, schedule, location, and targets.
  4. We begin your workouts based on your choice of frequency and intensity; we stay in touch to track your progress between sessions to ensure optimum support.
  5. We measure your progress, reassess goals and determine next steps.
